I am able to minimize the anxiety for first time homebuyers by explaining thoroughly their loan options and the ramifications of each choice.  For homebuyers that have previously been through the process I strive to give them an experience beyond their expectation. For many I can approve the loan at the initial loan application, saving hours of unnecessary paperwork and eliminating the stress of the “last minute” approval.

I have been originating VA, FHA, VHDA, and conventional loans for over thirteen years in the Northern Virginia area.
